How do I place my purchase order?

a. You can either send your Purchase Order via an email, by phone, or fax to our Customer Service department. See the contact section on this website for the office close to you.

Who do I talk to if I have a problem with my order?

a. You can speak to one of our customer service representatives at +33 1 39 55 52 60.

What is the minimum amount I need to buy from Dempsey Corporation?

a. There is no minimum Euro amount per purchase order.

How can I pay my invoice?

a. You can pay your invoice by check or wire transfer. For new customers, first order is typically COD.

What do I do if my order is delivered and there are damaged goods?

a. You will need to first signal to the carrier that the items were damaged upon delivery on the bill of lading. Depending on the FOB point of your order, you will need to discuss with the party that held ownership at the time of delivery a claim for the damaged material.

Where are the Amcan warehouse located?

a. Amcan operates warehouses in Viry-Châtillon (F-91).

What currencies can I use to pay for my purchases?

a. We only accept EUR transactions.

What is the lead-time for an item that is not in stock?

a. Lead-times for certain items depend on the supplier of those products. Please speak to your customer service representative to have specific lead-times.

If I have a problem with my invoice, who do I speak with?

a. You can either speak to our Account Receivable department, or mention this to your customer service representative.
