Camille CHOUAID and Marc LEPETIT from AMCAN in France organized a cooking workshop with the DRACI Bachelor's degree students

With Caroline BOURRIEZ, Culinary Center Manager from BIOSPRINGER (Lesaffre) and Gary EVENS, International Corporate Chief from TABASCO, the students had the opportunity to discover the properties and characteristics of yeast extract ingredients and TABASCO®.

They cooked meals with these ingredients and it was … delicious!

We are convinced that these kind of evens are great ways to promote our ingredients and the AMCAN Company to future Food R&D professionals.
