Our liquid smoke flavours do not generate PAH’s or tar residues and do not discharge smoke into the atmosphere. Therefore, it is possible to protect the environment, to reduce the duration of smoking cycles and the costs against the traditional smoking process (less cleaning, reduction of insurance polices due to the presence of heat source, etc.).
